Here's my question guys.

I would like to know if it's possible to take a picture taken from a vidcap (video capture from a website) and make it (transform) look like a picture taken from a digital camera by using Photoshop.

Hope to get a quick response and the step-by-step instructions, if possible.

I don't get it? what's the difference? If your thinking increase the resolution. haha.

this is silly, what are you trying to accomplish?
photo shop will do just about anything.
I like finding slightly see thru shirts and editing it so that you can see the nips more clearly, but Im not good at it.

Please refrase your question, are you wanting to change its metea data(picture fingerprint)

Sounded to me like he wanted to take a crapy screen cap and qualify it up to a 24x36 wall mountable gem.

As far as I know increasing res cant be done beyond a few pixels. you can tell it to be as big as you would like but it wont be any clearer. you can clean up an image a lot however.
