Brazilian model that will soon be undergoing her 42nd cosmetic surgery procedure. She wants to give her eyes a Japanese slant in honor of the upcoming Rio Carnival. It seems the event will celebrate 100 years of Japanese immigration to Brazil and she will be leading a 300 member samba team and hopes her new Japanese look will carry them to victory during the competition judging. Two nights of parades will feature 12 samba groups totaling 6,000 dancers.

Bismarchi loves everything about plastic surgery. The 36 year old beauty is married to a plastic surgeon, who has operated on her 10 times. He is her third husband. The last two were also plastic surgeons..... ;)
