I generally think that most of the tools that claim you give you anonymity when you're surfing the web are junk. If you're looking to download torrents with some form of anonymity than I'd try using a proxy. It's free and it's not hard to do. Unless you're doing a lot of file seeding I wouldn't worry about getting caught though. It's not always true, but they generally go after the seeders, not the guys leeching.
