Today i went and bought two new cds: the 2004 Vans Warped Tour compilation and Matchbook Romance-Stories and Alibis. Both are pretty good, but i havent gotten the chance to really get into them.

Thought I'd resurrect this thread.....Late last year i got into the whole post-hardcore/screamo thing thats been goin on....seems like a trend to the people who dont really understand it, but its good music to me.....

From Autumn to Ashes recently put out an album, "Abandon Your Friends," and it sucks......

the new Silverstein album, "Discovering the Waterfront," is fuckin amazin.....

i also went and bought Legacy: The Absolute Best of the Doors after i saw the movie with Val Kilmer.....it really doesnt do Morrison justice. Theyre an amazing band....Jim Morrison was a great singer and had a very perplexing voice.....If only i could have lived back in that era.....

The albums I've listened to last week:

Bloodhound Gang - Hefty Fine (Probably the funniest album of 2005 so far)
Rage Against the Machine - The Battle of Los Angeles
Limp Bizkit - Three Dollar Bill, Y'All$ (This and Significant Other were their best)
Guns N Roses - Use Your Illusion II (Listened to Use Your Illusion two weeks ago)
