newegg is fair. I also like tigerdirect. I have dealt with them a lot and they are great with there return policy.

I agree with the others, Back up important files regardless. That's pc 101. In my experience hard drives give very little warnings before they crash. I have herd on here there are company's that can recover files on dead drives, but it is expensive. Personally I feel if you didn't back up important files you deserve to lose then or pay outrages prices to get them back, but ima asshole.
