Prt Sc button

hi to all
can you help me?

when i'm pressing Prt Sc (keyboard button), i get NOTHING in clipboard! (when i'm pressing it in desktop, for example)
when i'm pressing Prt Sc button in Internet Explorer (or Windows Excel, Word ...) then showing printing dialog menu (choose a printer, quality and etc) and in clipboard still nothing. nothing to paste.

Can somebody tell me, what a hell is going on with my keyboard?
this isfirst time when i see that problem.

did you try Alt-PrntScrn

maybe you changed keyboardsettings?

Make sure that your "F Lock" is off.

but i fix it

some service was turned off in my system

reset it and now all is working fine
