It's real, both of the images of her in that costume. The image you posted does nothing to hint at it being fake.

They are real. She took to twitter briefly after and flipped her shit saying those images were from some outfit shopping and they weren't meant to be seen if I recall.

Then nudes leaked some time later, she denied they were her that time. But the E-detectives were able to provide 'proof' to some extent.
