CLARITY PLEASE!!!! OR JUST A COMMON POLICY THAT ALL MODS STICK TO BECAUSE IF WE KNOW WHAT IS STANDARD (rather than a mods personal taste) THEN IT WILL MAKE YOUR JOBS A LOT EASIER.

I guess I'm not sure I follow. Both the posts you show (Pippa and Kim K.) are in Jihad. Perhaps the Kim K. post had not yet been checked by a mod yet when you came across it. Sometimes a post will be in the celeb threads for more than a day before it is looked at by a mod.

Some of the forum rules are, sadly, subjective. Each mod will have a different spin on interpretation. For example, if the Pippa post above had her jogging in something form-fitting, or she was wearing a half-shirt or something of that nature, I doubt it would have been moved.

I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but each mod is human and some rules will get different shades of enforcement.
