Who's got them and give opinions:

I just got Star Trek I - VI on Blu-ray. The first time I've owned these films since Bill Clinton was in office. LOL Anyway aside from the first film NOT being the special edition, these were pretty good.

I don't have any on Blu-ray but have seen them all. Though I am more of a TNG guy, the original movies got me into it.

I've been a Trek fan since I was a kid, I grew up on it. Got all the movies and recently the entire original series. Great memories.

Did not enjoy TNG for the few years, stopped watching it because the plots were ripoffs from TOS. But, not bad towards the end.

Rumor has it that TNG films will be on Blu-ray before this year's end....along with TOS seasons 2 & 3.

Really, really enjoyed the new "reboot" out now. Simon Pegg was a great Scottie.

I like Star Trek okay. I don't have any on dvd, but I'll get around to downloading them. Watched the original series as re-runs, but got into it around the time of TNG came out. I liked DS9, but started losing interest around Voyager. By the time of Enterprise, I'd given up.

My honest feelings? Star Trek needs another 10 years or more before someone tries to do something new. With all of the recent sci-fi out there, it's really hard to get excited about Star Trek (2009). I went to see it and while I didn't hate it, I didn't like it either. To me, it's a summer popcorn movie and little else. I doubt I'll be in line for the evitable sequel. *shrug*

Am I the only voyager fan out there? I admit it wasn't the strongest series but it had good story lines - lots of Borg! better than DS9 or Enterprise for sure. TNG and TOS are the top standard of course but I still felt voyager hit all the right notes if you will!?!
New film is great, filling the gap between the 'old' films if you will and injecting new energy into the franchise i don't think a new TV series is necessary and that the focus should be on the films. Unless JJ wants to put his name to a new series of course after all lost is nearly done!
Looking to get the films once they are all released like my big fat box sets! (Cough Cough George Lucas!)
Hey Selene what are the special features in the blu-ray box set?

I don't own any DVDs. As soon as enough people start buying Blu-Ray, something new will come out and you will have to replace it all over again. So I don't buy new technology....ever. They can take your money, but not mine.

I loved them all however Enterprise & TNG were my favorite.

Don't even get me started on Enterprise. Was the only Star Trek show I never finished watching. Rick Berman tried changing the past too much for me, So I stopped watching in the first season. As far as I'm concerned Enterprise never happened.

All I want to say is I just watched the new one and I thought is was awesome.

My ONLY gripe is that sometimes the camera is so shaky that you can't tell what the fuck is going on. Still 10 out of 10. In my book.
