You can't really "uninstall" IE from Windows XP. You can remove the outer application layer through add/remove programs, but DLL files like mshtml.dll (the rendering engine for IE) will still remain. I suppose you could track down every file that IE needs to operate and delete in manually, but I'm sure it would fux0r quite a few applications, if not windows itself.
Case in point, the Windows System File Check application will automatically reinstall all needed IE files in Windows XP if any are missing. No mater how Cobra removed the app, all he would have to do is run 'sfc /scannow' and IE would be back in all its glory.
