Best Movie: The Descent, whoever has not seen it I def recomend. Really good story with a nice scare to it.

Best Album: I can't even say that I've bought an album this year. I have Sirius and listen to eighties metal.

Best TV Show: Scrubs, I downloaded all 5 seasons and couldn't stop watching.

Best Music Video: Anything by Fergie, damn she is hott

Best Video Game: Splinter Cell: Double Agent (for the Xbox 360 of course)

Celebrity Death this year that had the Biggest Impact: Steve Irwin, even tho every one should have seen this coming. The guy fights damn gators for a living. Did you really think he would live past 40? I don't know his actual age, if he is already above 40 my bad.

Biggest Loser: Brad Pitt, started out good by snagging Angie, but now he has 8 kids and is travelin to every single third world country. Before he had no kids and was bangin Jenn. Dumbass.

Sporting event of the year: Even though they didn't make it to the stanley cup, it was great to finally watch a good Buffalo Sabres team again. They are goin all the way in 2007.

Best website: Ebay, cuz thats where I make money.

SIDENOTE: I never realized how much people think of Steve Irwin. They must think about him every day, both before and after his death, seeing as his loss has had the greatest impact. I would say, I don't know, maybe an intovator like James Brown, just off the top of my head. Was Johnny Cash this year? Lets go with him. What about Saddam, thats a pretty impactful death, its defiantly making the history books, Steve Irwin, however, maybe be edited out, as unfortunate as that may be. I think there were a few deaths more important than that of King Steve's. That being said, RIP Irwin, heart goes out to the kids.

Best Movie - No idea. I don't think I've been to a theatre or rented a DVD all year.

Best Album - I'm going to have to qualify this as I don't know about the best album. But the best song has to be The Dixie Chicks' "Not Ready to Make Nice". It reminds me alot of some of the songs from the 60's and early 70's. Songs that actually said something.

Best TV Show - PBS's Frontline and Nova. 24 for drama. Nip/Tuck was really good last year but I thought they really fell off this year. And lastly, South Park and The Daily Show for comedy.

Best Music Video - The Dixie Chicks' "Not Ready to Make Nice". See above.

Best Video Game - No idea, my laptop's video card is crap, so......

Best Poster - Tough one, but I guess I'll give it to Gatorman.

Weirdest Celebrity Couple - I guess I'll go with everyone else and go with TomKat. He, at least, seems to have gone off the deepend (religion has a tendency of doing that).

Biggest News Headline - It has to be our ineffectiveness in Iraq and GW's doggedness about "stay the course". He's made the US look like fools and he learned nothing from Vietnam.

Best Thread - War in Iraq/Terrorists (although the Terrorist part should be separated out as it clearly has nothing to do with Iraq).

Hottest Model - Naomi Campbell. She certainly seems to have quite a temper.

Hottest Celebrity - I'd normally vote for Angelina Jolie but she's busy raising kids and doing her UN thing (very honorable activities by the way). So it has to go to Salma Hayek. She's just luscious in every way.

Celebrity Death this year that had the Biggest Impact - Biggest impact makes this tough but I'll go along with Altman. He'll certainly be missed in the entertainment world.

Biggest Loser - Who else could it be but George W. Bush. He takes a situation (9/11) where virtually the whole world is behind us and turns it to the point where most of the world wonders if we've turned into 1930's Germany or Japan.

Sporting event of the year - OK, I'm a homer, but it has to be the U of Wisconsin's football programs 11-1 record. I figured, with a brand new coach, that they'd be lucky to go 9-3 (I actually figured they'd go 7-5 or 8-4).
