Why is it that the team I support looses? For example:

Portugal lost 0-2 to Austria
France lost 0:2 to Italy
Sweden lost 0:2 to Russia
Portugal lost 2:3 to Germany
Croatia lost to Turkey after penalties.
Holland lost 1:3 to Russia...

I must support ittaly tomorrow, so maybe my last hope Spain will advance.

YESSSSS Spain beat Italy after penalty shots.

Finally the team I supported won. (Seven out of eight last games, my teams had lost)

It is weird that with the exception of Spain, the teams that won the groups all lost in the quarters. I reckon germany will win the final, but I hope I'm wrong and its Spain.

Germany were very poor against the Turks and were lucky to get through. The most consistently good team of the tournament so far- Spain, easily beat the Russians tonight in a repeat of the first game.

Yes, luckily for me Turks luck ran out yesterday. I still can't believe how a team who had lead games total of 13 minutes almost made it to finals.

Now it's just one more game left. Spain will beat Germany, but Germans are the favorites in the game.
