I'd have to go with shopped. Most noteable her hair. There are NO stray hairs, just straight, smooth edges as in cut it off instead of cutting around it. Second, there's a glare on her eyebrow (hair), which shouldn't be there. Third the pixelation is different in the face, opposed to the rest of the picture. I guess we're still left to dream...

I think the blown up picture is fake

Why would it take 4 years for the blown up pic showing the nips to come out if it wasn't a fake??

I did read somewhere that the topless shot was possibly an alternate shot. Most of these group photos are usually a bunch of separate pics of the celebs spliced together, and it's possible this was an outtake. But I'd take that with a grain of salt.

If you look at the close-up picture, you can see her breasts stick out passed the left sleeve of the guy behind her. In the original(far away) picture, her breasts don't stick out passed his sleeve.

I don't think that'll happen. This is said to probably be somewhat old... from a magazine called Interview, which is a notoriously hard magazine to scan because of the paper quality. Who knows, maybe we'll get lucky though from this sudden interest in it.
