Guinness - not Guinness Extra cold which is for those that cannot appreciate the taste of Guinness.

Theakston's Dark Mild

Tiger (Lager - beer everywhere else)

This is a funny topic ... Smiler probably my favorite beer is Blueberry Pale Ale from SLO Brew. I love Belgian beers and Delirium Tremens is probably my favorite of those.

For regular beers that you can order pretty much anywhere, I like Stella Artois, Newcastle and Anchor Steam.

That's actually quite a list of beers, because I very rarely drink beer. I'm a cocktail girl. But my dad's a beer guy, so I guess I have an appreciation nonetheless.

Best beer that I can never find is from Great Lakes brewing Company in Cleveland, Ohio. It is their Halloween beer called Nosferatu. The strongest ale I have ever had, and each sip tastes different. I still have one sitting in the fridge from last time it was out. I never get to drink it because it is always either sold out or too expensive.

As a home-brewer, my own. If not, anything from Samuel Adams is great. Budweiser is an embarrassment to brewing.

it depends on where I am

Germany - normaly Licher Pils,
Ireland and UK - only Guinness
Hungary - Dreher = just GREAT
US - mostly Bud
Canada - any of Granville Island Brewery (Vancouver),
sometimes Kookanee

I enjoy real ale but its so damned 'changable' some pubs just make a mess of it. So, if I dont know the pub I stick to Guinness.
