Everytime I go to Fileserve it will not allow me to make a free download, unless I register.

I also see it is a money making site, and those are banned on this site.

Please add Fileserve to the list of banned sites.

If you agree, add to this thread.

07b. DO NOT post links requiring registration, premium accounts or downloading an application.

I tried downloading a few times from Fileserve, registration was not required. Download speeds were very slow, 20kbs - 25kbs. We will ban Fileserve unless their speeds improve by next week.

How did you do it ?
I tried everything except registering.

I tried a couple of fileserve links. Average speed was 140-150 KB/s not bad for a unregistered free user. I will try a few more links later

can someone provide me a link, please? I haven't seen a single fileserve link here (wat?), I'd like to test it. Please.

Doesn't seem any worse than sharingmatrix or hotfile, just more ads. Kind of reminds me of mediafire in some ways. Speed isn't terrible, plenty worse out there that people use on here (Dead Link Removed.to comes to mind).

The problem must be on my end.
I don't see any ads even though I turned adBlock Plus off and allowed pop-ups, the only links I see are Premium Download and other site buttons - no free download link or timer like other sites.

My problem is with Firefox - IE works.
I upgraded FF about a week ago - I'm going to change back to an earlier version.
Thanks to everyone, sorry for crying wolf.

No problem, it's always good to check this stuff out with others.

Tried the link provided by Larry and again got an average speed of 140-150 kb/s.

No waiting time between downloads.

Opera and Chrome were used to test it.
