Selling Playboy Photos ????

What would be the legal repricussions of selling playboy images online? Such as a CD full of every centerfold picture or the 2005 Cyber Girls of the Week? Not sure whether or not anyone would buy such a thing, but would it be illegal since they are copyrighted photos?

Technically, it's not against the law...meaning the cops wouldn't come looking for you. But copyright means they belong to Hef, and he has an endless sea of lawyers who would come looking for you, the money you made off the photos, and any other damages they could think of.

Think of it as standing in the isles at Best Buy and selling some of their merchandise to some schmuck who came in the door.

If you have no assetts and wouldn't mind declaring bankruptcy, it's a good idea. Otherwise, you might want to reconsider.
