I am writing on behalf of Misty Lawrence regarding the photographs of her on your website. The photos are not licensed for release by anyone since they are pre-shoot test images and have not been edited for release.
These images are part of a shoot done by Brazilian Playboy. Brazilian Playboy was only licensed to release the final edits of Ms. Lawrence's, in one issue of the magazine.

Ms. Lawrence has kindly requested that you remove the photographs and deal with the account of the person who has put them there accordingly. The person responsible for the posting of the images in question never had the consent of Ms. Lawrence to publish these photos. As a webmaster it is your responsibility as a de-facto publisher of content to remove disputed images. Ms. Lawrence is pre-paired to file suit if the photos remain on your website and since it is the publisher to whom the responsibility belongs in this case, that includes (firstly) you (or whoever is responsible for www.nudecelebforum.com and then the un-licensed person responsible for placing the photos online.
