Well things are crap again back at my end. Did any of the admins perform some sort of update on the forum? I can't think of anything else.

I had to login 3 times while doing 1 post
I hope those new guys are on top of this because Lazygirls does not log me out while posting.
The most bad part of it is if you have copied the links into the field, closed the IV page with the links and then click on "Post it" and the page returns a "Not Logged in" error. You can lose your links that way.

So, for the new guys, PLEASE, get rid of that loginproblem and respond or else i can better talk to a wall.

Also having this, sometimes i don't have to sign in, but 75% of the time i do, it's very annoying because you can't see which pages have been updated when you sign in now

I Can't See Pictures in Threads

Hope someone can help, but I've recently discovered that I cannot see any pictures in threads (when I used to be able to). Not only this, I do not even see the placeholders, with the red 'x' indicating that a picture should be there, but it just isn't loading).

Hopefully, this a simple setting on my PC (that I inadvertently triggered!) and not some kind of forum restriction.

Any help gratefully received.

J_Slater uses a shitty host, that's the problem.


@jeremyjh1: I have no problem viewing pics, probably the problem is with your computer.
What do you use? IE, Firefox, Opera, ...
Please give more info so that the techs can help you.

Assuming you're using IE7 (IE6 may be very similar)
Check under Tools->Internet Options and then click the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down to the "Multimedia" line and look to see if "Show image download placeholders" is checked and if it's not, check it. Also check "Show pictures".

ok, i got something

i used uranxs because it is the closest name available (tested this on several)

If i click on the name and select "find more posts" i get this error :

This forum requires that you wait 30 seconds between searches. Please try again in 30 seconds.

However, if i click "view profile" , select "statistics" and click "find all posts" then i do get the required list.
