Maybe you should consider a rule banning video caps from image section since they're already posted with videos in video section.

you may use any host if the image is not a thumbnail, but we prefer you use one of the allowed image hosts.

I just ask because I saw someone post a video with screen caps in the video section but these screen caps also in the picture section.

We allow screen captures in the picture section if the images are sexy and not stolen from the video poster.

Images with higher resolution or untagged version of a previously posted tagged image, are permitted.
