And, as this effort is made to better utilize the diminishing personal living space we have, there is an even more radical concept yet: the rotor house. With just one neutral room and a revolving section of either bedroom, bathroom or kitchen, this could be the future of minimalist living.

interesting. So the same space can be part of the living room, office, kitchen etc. Cool idea tho hard to picture what that shared area should look like. actual sqft 1700, combined sqft 3000.

I don't think I'd wanna live in a building like that. It would be too freaky. It would suck for someone who is both scared of heights and is prone to motion sickness :nuts:

I'm sure they're not for everybody (well, I'm sure their prices won't be for everybody), but I don't think they will rotate as fast as they do in those animations. It's done that way to better illustrate the building at work.
