I find this poll ageist as it unfairly discriminates against the (many) members who are below the appointed "age limit". However I will not (nor do I wish to) pursue legal action against the forum as the forum does have a Terms of Agreement, which explicitly states no one under the age of 18, may join the forum. I agreed to these terms and therefore cannot pursue such a suit.

Nonetheless there is no warning that no one under 18 is permitted upon entrance of the site or the forum. This in turn may expose people under the age 18 to this poll which expresses a notedly anti-minor atitude and with no notice of a no minors policy it could cause a large amount of emotional damage to any ususpecting teenager. All this may lead to any number of lawsuits including age discrimination and emotional trauma.

It is with this risk in mind I say that an under 18 option be reinstated in order to avoid said risk. It would also be wise to put a disclaimer on the top of the poll to avoid causing anyone any adverse emotional trauma by viewing this poll

With all this in mind we should also avoid offending the elderly that may view this site. The term “As old as the hills” can cause emotional damage to person(s) above 35 and opens the forum to an unnecessary amount of danger from the older population.

In conclusion this forum has a considerable amount of offensive material and a disclaimer should be put on the entrance of the site my suggestion would be:
