Wrong Celebrity... How To Report?

Question -- in one of threads (Diora Baird's video thread) there is a video of Elisabeth Rohm incorrectly identified as Diora Baird. What is the etiquette for this? Should I PM the poster and tell him? Leave a response in the thread itself? Report the post to the mods? Not sure how to handle it!

And what if a discussion is needed?
I saw at a different board that they simply use a discussion thread in each sub-forum where you report all the troubles you had with a post or a thread.

The file refers to Rome but I can't see any Rome in her Filmography.
