i own a couple maxtor and seagate hard drives, and i don't have issues with either brand but i do prefer my seagates for the 5 yr warranty and they are quieter...

after playing around with both opera and FF, while opera does load pages faster...i prefer FF just for the flexibility of its addons and its just more comfortable to use although opera is a solid browser

i used to use opera and it def had great load times, but as cman said...it didn't always load pages properly and they'd look a lil funny. i've yet to try the new opera, but at this point i'm happy with firefox and see no need to switch again

i actually hate vlc, its a decent player, but the codecs it uses tend to be on the "clunky" side. with a lil more effort a much better playback can be achieved with even wmp. granted my main problem with vlc is its codecs for .ogm files

From what experience i've had with family and friends that are over there, i haven't seen female abortions in favor of males. only place it would really actuallly matter would be rural areas where you need the kids to work on the farms, but that's one of the exceptions that the chinese...

actually i'd have to say this is true...but they terrorists aren't based in the middle east, but in washington. terror doesn't not have to be physical attacks, causing mass fear is all that's require of terrorism and Bush's administration did enough of that in the last few yrs.
