I saw this a couple of years ago...definitely a fake. The one I saw went on to say that he then squirted lemon juice on her burnt clit to try and sooth it. Of course it just made it worse. It was made by some forum troll to get attention. However, I like to think that it's true, because it makes me feel better about myself whenever I hear of dumb people.
