UFC fighter Quinton Rampage Jackson was recently interviewed and he called out John Cena. Here is what he said:

Q: If you could fight any one, who would it be?

A: "John Cena. Why he's stealing my chain? What's up with that? Tell him to fight me – the loser has to stop using the chain. I know he likes to Rap, tell him to wrap his mouth around some tic-tacks. Fo his Stinky ass breath."

LMAO that would be funny to see. Cena out cold in 10 seconds. Only guy in Wrestling that could have trained and maybe done something in UFC was Angle. But with his injuries, would not last long either.

Hulk Hogan is looking to pitch a Hogan & Vince McMahon vs. Big Show & Eric Bischoff match for Wrestlemania 23. If this goes down, the angle would be, "Will Vince turn on Hogan?"

-- TNA officials have ongoing negotiations with MMA star, Bob Sapp. Sapp, recently, turned down an offer WWE made which was said to be around $1million. Jarrett wants to have Sapp come in work a program with Angle after his feud with Samoa Joe concludes after Final Resolution next month.

TNA originally contacted Daniel Puder for the angle but the offer was turned when offered a very low offer.

-- According to reports, TNA has been offered a two hour show, but Spike TV not TNA have made an agreement on financial terms.

"WWE.com announced the release of Amy Zidian on December 13th. Amy, who played the role of Yang’s girlfriend on SmackDown, was a contestant in the WWE Diva Search. Although she didn’t win the contest, WWE hired her after the contest. In most cases, WWE releases talent based on there actions backstage or creativity issues. However, this was not the case in the release of Amy...

...One of the biggest blows she made was when asking Vickie Guerrero why she was considered a diva on the SmackDown roster. Zidian, however, had no knowledge of who Vickie was or how she got the position. Several wrestlers backstage pushed for her firing at that point but Laurinaitis came to her rescue and saved her job.

If that weren’t enough, Amy’s backstage trouble continued when Stephanie McMahon gave her some pointers on how to act for a segment Stephanie was producing which involved Yang and Amy. Amy responded with an attitude by asking Stephanie who she thought she was to give her advice. Apparently this all transpired in front of several people backstage. Stephanie then informed her on who she was and that her family owns the WWE. Amy reportedly then rolled her eyes in either, disbelief or because she knew what a big mistake she had just made."

LMAO, what a stupid bitch. :D

Now i don't get one thing...Why is Bob even considering to go to TNA?I mean it is a known fact that Bob makes more money then WWE could ever offer him.Now why is even considering going to TNA?!

here in the UK it seems that The Wrestling Channel has lost the rights to show TNA wrestling. It appears that we will now be able to see TNA on Bravo. All details are to posted within the next 24 hours. I hope that their wont be a delay any more I'd rather see the shows live than read about it here on the net.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, TNA informed talent last week that the company would no longer be paying for their hotel and rental cars.

As you can imagine, this was a major morale killer coming days before the Christmas break. Some of the lower level talent only make a few hundred bucks per shot.

This from a company that has $1 million ear marked for the VKM/DX challenge?

As many of you know already, Konnan was scheduled for a hip replacement last week in Mexico. While doing the pre-surgery prep work, which includes being, checked over, doctors were alerted when his kidneys weren’t working properly. Konnan had an internal infection along with not having many antibodies to fight the infection. Due the kidney issues, the surgery was postponed until next week some time.

Konnan returned to the United States to undergo kidney dialysis 3 times a week under the doctor’s orders with hopes of that it will reduce his chances of a fatal accident during the surgery.

Once Konnan found out his kidneys were in bad shape, he immediately thought it was from the long-term steroid use. Doctors said his kidney failure was not due to steroid use however it did contribute to it. Like many wrestlers, Konnan has been using painkillers to ease his pain over the years so he could continue to wrestle.

Several years back, Konnan was told he would need a hip replacement later down the road. Instead of taking care of things at the time, he used painkillers to control it but only to find out he’s done more internal damage than he thought.

WWE hall of famer "Rowdy" Roddy Piper was a guest on Mark Madden's radio show in Pittburgh a few weeks ago. Piper said his cancer is in the early stages and expects to beat it, and then take on Vince McMahon at Wrestlemania in a retirement match. Didn't Piper already have a retirement match at Wrestlemania? Piper said he didn't want to be voted as Ric Flair partner's at Cyber Sunday in the tag team title match, nor was in shape to wrestle at the event. Piper also said he is doing five days a week of chemotherapy.

New Japan President Simon Inoki had a meeting with John Laurinaitis on 12/14 in Stamford, CT. WWE's web site posted that Antonio Inoki meet with WWE officials, but apparently he joined the conversion by phone. The two promotions discussed doing talent exchanges, but it doesn't appear New Japan has anyone WWE is interested in. New Japan expressed an interest in using lesser used talents such as Val Venis and wrestlers from Ohio Valley Wrestling and Deep South.

With Antonio Inoki interested in raising capital to buy New Japan from the Yukes, the meeting to secure WWE talent was likely to impress potential investors.

Former WWE Superstar Giant Silva (formerly of the Oddities) defeated Akebono by submission in a quick fight at K-1’s Kyosera Dome New Year’s Eve show from Osaka, Japan. Akebono, who faced The Big Show a few years back at Wrestlemania, announced his retirement following the match.

Talent head John Lauraintis received heat for the way the Amy Zidian situation played out. He went to bat for her with creative, and ultimately she was fired for roughing feathers with the divas (including Layla, Kristal and Vickie Guerrero), and apparently didn't even recognize Stephanie McMahon.

Speaking of Lauraintis, he sold 1,900 shares of WWE on 12/12 for about $32,400. He still has 42,472 shares worth more than $713,000.

Mark Henry is said to be ahead of his rehab schedule and hopes to return sooner than expected from his torn patella tendon injury.
