Since 2008 is gonna be in the can in about less than a day from now I thought I'd start this thread.

So between Cena and JBL, who do you think will leave the Rumble as WWE World Champion

Cena vs JBL. Hmmm...I wonder who is going to win...hmmm...I just hope that the superfag Cena does not remain champion for the entire year of 2009.

Can you guys suggest me a great wrestling forum? I'm currently a member of wrestlingforum.com, but the members there are mostly pricks and Cena fans and 12 years old. I'd like to move over to somewhere where is feel more comfortable .

I know what you mean KA. Unfortunately most of those forums are just abunch of little kids. Its kinda hard to find. I haven't found one yet. As for Cena vs. JBL, as far as I am concerned its a lose/lose. I don't really care. Cena is cheesy and lame, JBL is good on the mic but fat and an average worker.

I agree. But I must admit I really enjoyed it when JBL kicked Cena's ass last year in a backstage brawl.

What about other announced matches?

I think Jeff will loose his title to Edge after interference by returning Christian. And at WM Edge will loose it it to Trips no matter if he wins the rumble or not.

Melina will win the women's championship only to loose it to next playboy girl or that slut Mickie James at WM.

Royal Rumble - Trips hasn't won it for at least 5 years now and he hasn't won at WM since WM19 so I predict HHH will win the Rumble and at WM he will become the Champ again. Randy Orton is another favourite to win the Rumble.

I just read somewhere that Kurt Angle wants to come back to WWE. It would be great to see someone in WWE who actually can wrestle. And I think the possibility of that is quite high since he's now divorced and t´he doesn't have to return home anymore. But there's also been rumors that he is planning to retire and start acting.

The wrestling game is a browser game where you can be a wrestler, you can learn and improve moves, create finishers and taunts, challenge other wrestlers (winner decided by computer), you can join a stable, when you reach level 5 you can join tag team and if you're good you might get signed by a promotion. I don't know how the game goes from there, since I'm still level 3.

I sure hope Edge and Christian will re-unite, but I doubt it. Btw according to rumors, the attack on Jeff Hardy before Survivor Series was a part of the storyline, according to that...Christian was the attacker, the storyline should end at Wrestlemania. We'll see if Hardy is still the Champ then.

Did youo see that youtube page I posted? It has the entire 12 hour ric flair shoot. It also has quite possibly the best shoot that I have ever seen the Cowboy Bill watts shoot. Pretty good stuff. That guy is relentless, but hilarious.

Edge and Christian getting back together would be good but they are both such good singles (same with matt and jeff) stars now that I would be suprised to see it happen. What if the 4 of them formed a stable? Now THAT would be interesting.

Either way christian coming back will be good for smackdown (just my guess).

I'd love to see Christian back but not in tag team he is an accomplished singles guy now and he deserves to go as far as he can in that new role

Vince back on Raw - Dont think we need him around any more now that Stone Cold is pretty much dead and buried everything vince does is just a repeat from the glory days with Austin!

MVP's losing streak...Why is it still going, no one cares about him enough to care about the fact that he keeps losing

Sim Snuka - Yeah you see the thing is your Jimmy's adoptive son so any generation talent that could be passed on couldn't of been so why are you still around!

Umaga's back (well he will be very soon!) and he needs something new - manager? hmm Maybe but I think a tag partner would be better and Manu is doing fuck all of Raw other than being Randy's bitch (Randy Orton - 90's HHH!) so smash 'em together on Smackdown and you got yourself a strong third generation tag team with actual Samoan roots - I see nothing but gold in that future!

Miz and Morrison - the tag team of the 21st Century? Well yeah they very well could be but you see they need something - a valet or a decent team to fight against better yet put them in some gimic matches - A good ladder match comes to mind after all we saw Morrison do that crazy dive with a ladder at mania 24 lets develop that and see what they can do!

Mike Knox - he likes beating on Rey but we have seen nothing from him other than this! GO DO SOMETHING!

Kane & Kelly Kelly - I hope so!

I browsed the youtube link you postedm, nekkid, and I found pretty good videos there and thanks for that...but I didn't watch the Ric Flair videos. I honestly couldn't care less about him. I know he is respected and a legend, but I don't understand why...I've seen many of his matches even from the time of The Four Horsemen and he pretty much sucked back then as much as he sucked last year. He had a few great matches, but thanks to his opponents who carried him around , but that's just mu opinion.

Matt a good singles compeditor. He is that one wrestler who should have stayed a tag team compeditor. In the ring he is even worse than Cena...oh wait...did I just say that :blush:?

HBK - yes I hate that WWE has made him a pussy. Katie Lea called her mouse face . We all know he is going to Super Kick JBL soon. The storyline is too lame.

Miz and Morrison - I agree with everything you said, Phynix. If I can remember correctly...they had only one great match in last 4 months...vs DX on RAW's 800th episode. But they still are the best

Mike Knox - totally pointless guy, a bully who beats up little guys - Nunzio, Horny, Bourne and now Rey. Just release him already. No, you rather release über talented Paul London. Knox can't even wrestle. It just shows that Vince loves 'em BIG.

My only hope is that they turn HBK heel. He is one of the best heels ever. I am sure he will be a face when 'mania is in his home state, but maybe shortly after he will turn.

Even i fyou dont like flair, the shoot is different than any other because he wrestled anyone who is anyone for the past 30 years. He has great stories from edge to Buddy Rodgers, pretty crazy.

Cole is play by play and lawler is color. Hard to compare. Cole's job is much more difficult in my opinion.What doesn't Lawler like?

Imagine how good the announcing teams would be if Foley and JBL were still in wwe. Actually I am starting to like stryker and Grisham. Never thought I'd say that.
