It's good to see there are some wrestling fans around here. I've been watching WWE/WWF since around 99, but before that I watched ECW religiously. I have mixed feelings about the current wrestling scene. I get more enjoyment from Ring of Honor than TNA or WWE, but I tune in now and then anyway.

I watched No Way Out 09 and enjoyed it. The swerves kind of felt forced, though, imo. I'm also not too eager about the WM prospects. We've seen Cena/Edge and Triple H/Orton before. I was hoping for something new and fresh, or at least a new spin on something we've seen. *shrug* I'm also disappointed that CM Punk or Shelton Benjamin weren't included in the ppv. I mean, they're the IC and US Champions, how about including them in the Elimination Chamber? Regardless, a good ppv and worth seeing.

For those of you that don't know (Probably because you aren't from detroit)Chet Lemon was a beloved center fielder who was a part of the 1984 world series champion Detroit tigers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chet_Lemon . Obviously Nash being from Detroit he used that reference.

One question for you guys. Do any of you get hdnet? I have the highest premium service for comcast and I do not get hdnet, and when I called comcast they didnt show any info for the channel coming to comcast in the future. As some of you may know roh is going to be shown on this channel and I would really like to se it. Anyone have a clue? Thanks, Nek

I have Comcast as well and looking at my billing statement (lists available channels), I don't see any hdnet channel listed. I'd love to see the ROH show take off, so I would have definitely tuned in. Hopefully, they'll make the episodes available or at least partially available online.

I also think it's a shame that NWA Showcase is on satellite and not on cable. That's another show I'd watch if it was available. Instead, I go to their site.

So, what is everyone's thoughts about Wrestlemania? Anyone going to order it? I may forego it this year and watch it at JTV instead. I just can't justify spending $50 for something I don't think I'll enjoy too much.

I have no idea what you're talking about. I have Viasat Premium with 300+ channels, but non of them show wrestling. I used to have some german package where there was a channel that showed RAW and SD like a week later. So I have to download

I am lukewarm about mania this year. Really the only things I like so far are hbk vs. taker and the hall of fame ceremony. I guess the money in the bank match is always good.

Why woulld you ever order the ppv if you can watch it on jtv?

It's probably because both she and Edge are getting stale on Smackdown and with them on Raw now, they have a lot of new wrestlers to torment. She does get annoying and I've been hoping for a while she'd finally turn face, screwing Edge somehow so I could cheer her since it's obvious she's not leaving WWE anytime soon. But then, I think the whole story of how she got with Edge was pretty scummy anyway. I'm honestly surprised she agreed to it.

What I want to know is what Vince McMahon is thinking doing all of this (Edge winning the Raw title, Vickie showing up on Raw) months before the Draft, which they've announced for March 23rd (?) That kick to the head from Randy must have scrambled his brains.

KA, it sucks that you have to download the shows.

Shame to hear about Sonjay Dutt, but he was being horribly misused on TNA anyway. Maybe he'll go to ROH where he'll get some decent respect.

I don't know about that, sometimes I really wish I could see a show LIVE but most of the times I'm glad I can skip through most of the show.

Well...RAW..."Excuse me, Excuse me" is still annoying and now I have to hear it twice a week. Cena is still lame. Making fun of my boy Cole is not cool. Now I have to stand him 2 times a week also . Fans are also as unrefined as always. Mike Knox keeps beating up small dudes, Jamie Noble and Santino Marella keep jobbing. CM Boring is again in MITB. RAW is still boring... huh... Orton is still Awesome.

Okay...Do we really have to see how Cena beats Edge at WM and gets another title run? I wish not. I do. Really.

About wrestling. I was really surprised how good can an ECW main event be. Swagger and Christian really put on a show.

swagger continues to grow in many ways I've seen improvements in his matches and I think that has a lot to do with finlay and Christian and that gut wrench power bomb looks better each week!

Yeah true but the Dream Dusty Roads has speech problems he went very far in his wrestling career and Even The Nature Boy Ric Flair well some times i struggle to understand him (ok he's usually elbow dropping his suit jacket at the time!!!)

Swagger is growing on me, as well. Christian has made me tune into ECW each week. I didn't think it was a good idea to put him on ECW but now it seems like it was a good idea for now. Hopefully Christian will get drafted!

DiBiase and Rhoades I think could have been bigger than what they are, they are just Orton's background...if they hadn't aligned with Orton they could have been awesome by themselves. But Legacy is a faction that WWE has needed for awhile...there hasn't been anything really good since Evolution...none that I can think of...

Ok, here are my "positive" comment on MITB.

Las week we had CM Punk qulaifing for the MITB when he beat well oiled tag team of John Cena and John Morrison. This week Kane beats Knox and Rey to qualify... C'mon RAW...do you have a brain. We have CM Boring and Kane (nothing against the guy) when we could have had Morrison and Rey. I mean MITB should be entertaining and those guys are more entertaining in ladder matches. or am I wrong?

Why did Kozlov loose? Nooooooo...? He has beaten Taker multiple times, beaten Khali with ease, beaten HHH and now he goes to RAW and looses against injured HBK (nothing against the living legend)? Where's the logic?
