Wrestling 2005

Koslov shouldn't have even been booked against Shawn Michaels to face the Undertaker at WM. I mean, if he's going to lose his unpinned streak, let him lose against Undertaker on Smackdown.

MITB isn't off to a great start, imo. I think if WWE allowed CM Punk to let loose in his matches instead of working them WWE-style, he'd be vastly more interesting. Also, give the guy a mic and let him go. If you've seen his ROH work, you'd know he pretty damn good on the mic and ring.

My ideal MITB match at WM25 would be a return to the 6-man ladder match with the participants being Rey Mysterio, Shelton Benjamin, Brian Kendrick, Kofi Kingston, R-Truth and Evan Bourne (as long as he's off the injured shelf). If Evan's unavailable, I'd go with MVP.

My reasoning is simple - they're all semi-young, known for either being high-flyers or competent enough wrestlers to partake in a ladder match. They also could all use the exposure a WM event would supply them and I'm sure Rey could rally them to make it match of the night.

I'd save John Morrison and Miz for a Tag Title defense against Ted DiBiase Jr. and Cody Rhodes. Shortly after WM, I'd start grooming Morrison for a main event spot on Raw.

Not sure if anyone knows but for those who has HDNet, Ring Of Honor's coming to that cable/satellite channel Saturday, March 21st 2009.

Bloody hell we want it here in the UK too!!! Yeah MITB is looking...well a bit shit at the moment with lots C-list superstars getting into it (even more added this week!?!) not sure why managment (aka Vince) passed up the top mid card guys (Rey, Evan, Morrison etc etc) but well lets see which wrestling snore will grab the ol' briefcase and become the new over night champion!

Edge vs Big Show - ?????????????????????????????????????

NO CENA AT WRESTLEMANIA! - !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!FUCK YAY!!!!!!!!!!

Oh and Randy gets closer and closer to full transformation in to 90's HHH (dont worry KA I still love him!) by head lining Mania as the biggest heel in the company - all we now is for vince to turn on his family and join Legacy - Come on who else has thought of it!!!

I wouldn't get too excited about Cena not being at mania. I bet there is a 3 way with edge, show and cena. I hope you are right though.

EvolutionScene did they say anything about roh on cable? More specifically comcast? I have been looking like crazy.

Well if you have HDNet you'll be able to watch it no matter what cable company you're under. I just seen the TV ads today on that channel! :headbang:

OK now I am getting fucking pissed off :breathefi

Mark Henry qualified for the MITB Ladder match and Santino didn't! Mark Henry? Mark Henry? Why WWE, why?

Matt Striker still owns as a co.commentator.

Just saw Jonathan Coachman doing segments on Sports Center. When did that happen?

Mark Henry in the MITB match? WTF?!?!?! Seriously, how are they going to even get his fat ass up the ladder? This MITB is going to suck. I'm definitely not ordering this ppv. JTV, here I come.

Ok after last night I'm starting to understand the whole 'being annoyed that John Cena is keep on being shoved into our faces' thing. I was actually looking forward to Show vs Edge at WM XXV then for some stupid reason they inject Cena into it! Argh come on let someone else have the push! It's gonna suck if it's a triple-threat match.

Great it came true.

Come on did you honestly think Cena would not be put into the match at Wrestlemania? I mean you obviously hoped it, everybody hopes it but he was never not going to be in it was he.

I was hoping at least NOT a title shot. I mean it's getting lame now. Every year since he's started he's been in practically EVERY WM Main event. It's boring, redundant, and ridiculous. I can see it now.....

Edge walks into the ring, Big Show, then Cena....

...they wrestle, Edge gets close at retaining, Show gets closer to winning, BUT out of some act of 'god' Cena's a champion again.

BORING! Just let him do some films for gods sakes.

Hear, hear!

If Cena wants to be part of Wrestlemania, fine, but not in the main event. Since Edge won the title, who has been gunning for him? Cena. Wait....what about the rest of Raw?

I mean, Edge, being a Smackdown wrestler, coming in and winning the Raw title, every Raw main eventer, regardless of allegance should be at his heels, saying "I'm coming to beat you, Edge, and take back the Raw title." WWE is missing a huge opportunity.

As for Cena, I thought they were setting Cena vs. someone (originally rumored to be Austin, but then changed to possible Hogan)

Hell, how about putting Cena in the Money in the Bank match if he wants to be the no. 1 contender so badly? I mean, the turn-out for that match has been disappointing so far, might as well throw Cena in there. Then he can bust up his body proving he deserves another shot at the title.

I try not to think about Cena anymore...

I'm afraid this WM is going to suck comparing to last years WM.

MITB will suck due to certain RAW and ECW superstar pics. At least Smackdown tried to make it better by adding MVP and Shelton. Those guys outclass all the rest in the MITB.

Hardy vs Hardy? Didn't we see it coming? As for me...one Hardy is enough...now I have to stand 2.

I really hope to see Austin vs Y2J.

Orton vs HHH and Taker vs HBK are going to be good aswell.

I so want JR to call the taker HBK match I can hear him in my head as I think about the match!!!

It feels like Cena books his own matches. "I want to be in the main event! I'll go interrupt someone's segment!" Whatever the case, I've Cena 'nuff.

Former WWE wrestler found dead in Tampa
Saturday, March 14, 2009

TAMPA (Bay News 9) -- A former professional wrestler was found dead in his Tampa apartment Friday night.

Police showed up to the apartment of Andrew "Test" Martin to check on him after a neighbor called to tell them she could see him in his apartment and that he hadn't moved for several hours, police reports said.

There is no indication of foul play, police said. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.

Martin, 33, was a wrestler with the World Wrestling Federation from 1998 to 2004, and then again from 2006 to 2007. He also worked with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling until his retirement from the sport in 2007.

O.O Well fuck!
