Wrestling 2005

Maybe not, remember when Cunta had his first submission match? Everybody was happily thinking the same thing but pulled off the STF, so hopefully Orton could do the same thing. Then again has Cunta ever submitted? I do not think he has. You are right. Fuck.

Oh when I posted this message I didn't know it was an "I quit" match wich makes Orton's chances even lesser. Cunt Wheena has this never quit / back down attitude going on. And WWE is doing everything they can to make Orton to look like a pussy. So yer, we're fucked.

Is it an 'I Quit' match? I thought that was what you were implying with the all submission matches PPV thing. I have to fucking idea if it is one or not haha.

I think it is? You made ma confused.

I was talking about the all submission PPV Breaking Point (it think that was the name). On RAW Vince said something like this about Orton vs Cena match "It's going to be the ultimate submission match - I quit match"

That clears it up. And ah fuckberries, if Orton wins it almost proves there is a god.

I was poorly disappointed with this dvd. 1 hour 45 minutes of retrospective. Shit, ECW had close to 3 hours, might have gone over 3. A very glossed over account of WCW. The match selections were average, some decent stuff, but they left a ton of worthier material out. *shrug*

I agree jersey. The worst part was that they used old footage from the monday night wars dvd instead of new stuff for like the last 30 minutes. Actually I think the best inside look at wcw is Eric Bischoff's book 'controversy creates cash'. I can post a link to it if anyone wants it. Its a link to a torrent where you can download the book in pdf format.

Here you go, ladies and gentlemen. Sorry I've been slacking.

I haven't watched either yet, but I imagine there's at least a few good things on here. I'll report back when I watch 'em.

For those who are following it, what are your thoughts about Bryan Danielson and Nigel McGuinness signing with WWE? I say it's about damned time. They've wallowed in ROH with no real direction. I think/hope WWE will use them to their greatest potential.

So John Morrison get the IC title and Rey is banned for a month - he failed a drug test apparently it was medication pescribed to him blah blah bla. I'm not a fan of ray so I won't miss him!
Morrison is quickly become a real favourite of mine with an interesting style!
Oh I realised last week that the only reason I watch raw is because of The Miz?!? Yeah I know I'm scared too!

Ha I was jut thinking... I watched both Impact and SD yesterday and I really think if there wasn't this superb match between Morrison and Rey, Impact would have been better by a landslide, Impact was still better but not that much. Aj vs Sabin was also great.

I agree, Impact was surprisingly good this past week. I'd say the only problem I had was that the outcome of every match was predictable, save for the Hernandez/Sting match, which didn't make sense at all. Eric Young comes out masquerading as Homicide (good swerve) and attacks Sting, but instead of calling it a no contest, the referee gives the win to Sting - huh? I know they wanted to make it seem like Eric was screwing Hernandez out of the win, which is smart, but it should have been deemed a no contest and lead to a match on the next episode.

Otherwise....

Sting vs. Rhino, AJ vs. Sabin and AJ vs. Williams were all pretty predictable. Entertaining, but predictable.

What do you think about Angelina Love and the whole visa debacle. I think she didn't want to work for TNA for some reason and allowed her visa to expire. It's the only reason that makes sense. Now the question is - why didn't she want to work for TNA?

idk what the deal is with that visa business but I'll miss her. I heard they are gonna have some other girl replace her in The Beautiful People, but as far as I'm concerned TBP I loved is gone. If they try to rehash that, it will be the equivalent of nWWEo. Angelina was hot and she can go in the ring too.

:(

That victory that The Beautiful people had on TNA is bitter sweet. :-( I hope she gets that visa crap cleared soon.

I see Undertaker winning, but by disqualification thus Punk retains the title.

Randy Ortons retains his title and makes Cena say "I quit" through some dastardly deed.

Rhodes & DiBiase get the duke, cause DX won last time.

Christian retains the title because there aren't enough faces on ECW. Who would Regal face after Christian, Yoshi Tatsu? They could turn Koslov or Ezekiel on Regal, but I don't see that happening.

Jericho & Big Show retain, but the feud continues.

The Miz wins the US title, so he won't be an epic fail since moving to Raw.

Great Khali wins since Kane won last time.

Overall, it doesn't look like a very inspired card, moreso because of the stipulations. Whoever thought having stipulation ppvs was a good idea should be taken out back and shot. The only match on here I'm even remotely curious to see is Punk/Taker. It's a crime that they pulled Morrison/Ziggler off the card. If they didn't want Ziggler to lose, have a last minute addition to the match and have Morrison pin them. Easy peasy.
