A WWE.com article does a good job explaining why Shawn Michaels has an issue with Hulk Hogan. It says Hogan never found Michaels a suitable opponent for him when he was on top. Excerpt: "The time trying to make it big, Michaels watched Hogan as he gained all the accolades. With eyes wide open, Shawn was committed to become everything Hogan was, and more. Michaels knew he had the ability to be the best in the world, he just needed the platform to showcase his talents. Unfortunately, however, there was no room for Michaels on the top of the card. The 302-pound WWE Champion never saw Michaels, a mere 225 pounds, as a suitable opponent. As a result, Michaels was relegated to mid-card status while Hogan continued to tour the country in first-class style. Despite being told he was not the same caliber of Hogan, Michaels continued to persevere. Eventually, Shawn used his athletic talents to literally force his way into the Intercontinental Championship picture. During this time, Michaels competed in some of the most exciting matches ever to be seen on WWE television. According to Michaels, this was the beginning of his rise to the top. According to Hogan, however, Michaels was still not big enough to main event a card with him."

**Triple H has been working recent house shows and dark matches at TV tapings, but won't be returning to TV for roughly another two or three months. Hunter plans to take around two months off from wrestling for personal reasons and to let his body rest. He is not suffering from any health problems that require time off. While he won't be wrestling, he will be active behind the scenes as he'll be going through an orientation process at the WWE headquarters, learning about how the enterprise works outside of the travelling live event world.

Also, longtime senior referee Earl Hebner was fired by WWE on Monday this week for what sources say was selling merchandise without authorization. Dave Hebner still had his job as of earlier this week as WWE looked further into his involvement. Earl was the referee for the 1997 Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels swerve at the Survivor Series PPV. He and his brother Dave were also famous for their role as twin referees in the Hulk Hogan vs. Andre the Giant match in 1988 in a network TV special. Dave Hebner works behind the scenes in WWE as an agent.

Former WWE Announcer Lord Alfred Hayes passed away at age 77.

UPN doesn't want Muhammad Hussan on TV.So the WWE doesn't know what to do with the character.SPOILER!!!So the WWE is thinking about letting the Undertaker kill off the character at the Great American Bash.

That sucks I liked Hassan. I hope they bring him back with a new gimmick.

He's a big unit, he'll be back for sure....

Little more info on Lord Alfred Hayes:

He was a wrestler dating back to the early 1950s, then became a manager in the AWA, and eventually an announcer with WWE. He also worked behind the scenes in production for a few years. He was living alone in Texas in recent years.

The WWE will drop the Hassan character. He will just go away. That's the rumor going around now.The WWE was going to move him to RAW but the WWE thought that Spike TV.Would also ban the character. At the GAB PPV Hassan was going to beat the Undertaker. Then Hassan would get a title match at Summer Slam.

Is it a buried alive match or just a reguler match?

I think its supposed to be a normal match.... I was just using a figure of speech. lol
I'm actually pissed that Hassan looks like he'll have to get repackaged and you get a dipshit like Chris Masters actually having a fair bit of air time.. go figure..

I think he is going to be drop.He was going to have a match at GAB.But I think it has been cancelled. It's a rumor.

He'll have his match but don't expect him to win.

On WWE.com.Hassen character last match will at GAB.The Undertaker will win the match.Look for something to happen in that match. The WWE doesn't want the Undertaker to get a title match at Summer Slam.Hassen will go back to OVW.To get a new character.

Man that really sucks. He pissed me and apperently upn off but thats what made it good. Hassan is going to have trouble coming back after this, unless they use a spinoff like pro american/anti terrorist. I mean coming back does work for some like kane after his many gimmicks, because they were pretty much forgotten. Hassans, I don't think anyone will forget about him, especially after all the problems his character has caused UPN and the WWE.

Mick Foley is currently in the midst of negotiating a storyline to return to the WWE.
