ANNOUCEMENT: Rules Revised

There aren't any new rules, but I realized that they were kind of long, so in an effort to get people to actually READ THEM, I tried to make them as short and concise as possible.

They are SUPER EASY and it only takes about 30 seconds to read. When you consider it could save you from being banned, the 30 seconds is probably worth it.

Honestly, I don't care if anyone visits the forum or not. Whether there are 200 people online or 1, really makes no difference to me. Since I am giving you this forum for free, everyone is going to play by my rules. If you don't like it, then don't come back. It REALLY does not matter to me.
