I want WIFI

Ok so heres the problem
I am in this hostel.Where my warden doesnt allow me to have an internet connection.However the 4 Japs that occupy rooms near mine use wifi...now thats darn costly to take a connection for myself...
so what i do is...use my laptop to see if there is any available network...
and tadaa i find the wireless networks the Japs are using...so my laptop connects to the network...tells me the signal strength...and gets connected....

But the thing is eventhough i get connected... I CANT USE THE INTERNET...
anyway i can use their network...............

So you're locked up in this hostel where you can't get Internet access. Ummmmm.....how did you post this^^^^^^^and the four other posts you have made?

Maybe the "Japs" are smarter than you think. It is not hard to configure most residential routers so that only certain MAC addresses have Internet access.

most wireless networks have security and need authorization to access them. if not for security then everyone would have free internet lol. so lack of permission is likely your main problem.

did you ever consider asking the "japs" how to do it and if you can share their connection?
