WWE ended their contract with Playboy earlier this year thry really want to have mote children viewing their product. This was clear when they stocked up Christian ring side at TLC - a ridiculas move that killed the match momentum in my opinion.
OK so as for he table match and it's result well it looks to me like Cena fell through the table rather than was put through it but you could call that spliting hairs. Either way the right person won IMHO although I hope Sheamus is better young champion than Randy orton was!

I like the idea of a new score system it will add more to next years season.

Now in regards to the Royal Rumble I wouldn't like to say who gonna win just because oglf what I've heard about other rumored wrestlemania matches. I know who I want to win it but he has been around in while but if he did win it....well it would certainly make the match a Rated R!

I was watching ECW over a long time. First time since May. I must say, ECW is actually entertaining. Abe Washington is cool. The matches had quality, the announcers weren't annoying like Cole and Lawler. Tiffany was hot. Only bad thing I can say is that the crowd was awfully quiet.
 
I'm not surprised the ECW crowd is quiet. They probably don't know half the people on ECW's roster. If they were quiet on a Raw or SD, then I'd be concerned.

Outside of Regal, Benjamin, Christian & to a lesser degree Dreamer, there isn't anyone on that show that I really care to watch. Gregory Helms should be depressed he's had to degrade back to his Hurricane persona. He was infinitely more interesting as a heel.
 
I'm kinda pumped about january for wrestling fans. Obviously january 4th a head to head show is gonna be a great night. Then January 11 Mike Tyson is hosting Raw, I would love to see a dx or hbk and mike tyson segment. And I wanna see if tna stays on monday and what their rating will be. I think I already guessed what the rating will be, burt honestly I forgot so I'll guess again... 2.1

It looks like the WWE has fired a major shot at TNA -- DirectTv is listing the RAW guest host for January 4th as Brett Hart!

What does it say about wrestling when the biggest thing to happen in it is an old wrestler show up and talk on a microphone about stuff that happen X amount of years ago - ironiclly this is true of both WWE & TNA! hmmm who will win?

I think Its going to be interesting but knowing how childish WWE is they're probably bring in "The Hart Dynasty (SD)" and maybe screw Brett again (keyfabe).
 
I see HBK vs. Undertaker at wrestlemania with Bret screwing hbk for his revenge.

Welcome to the Wrestling 2010 thread!

So first things first:

Bret is back on RAW this Monday. Think The Hart Dynasty will be a big part of that? Will there be a Bret vs HBK and/or Bret vs McMahon angle?
 
wow really? they're that desperate?

i stopped watching WWE a while ago because it was getting so bad, not that i was ever a die hard fan to begin with. it will never be like the 90s again. that was the best. vince's biggest mistake was getting rid of his competition.
 
I think the only reason why Vince brought him back as a Guest Host is because Dixie Carter in TNA will have Hulk Hogan on their Jan 4 broadcast. Trying to combat TNA's attempt to dethrone RAW.
 
TNA is in the same position as WCW was in their pre-NWO days. All they need is a big push like WCW got and they could be right up there.
 
Hulk could be the guy to do that! Either way this is what we've wanted since WCW died now it may nit be a 'war' yet but I think it will be an unmisable event!

I would love to see Roode be champion. I wrote in the wrestling 2009 section that I thought hbk vs. undertaker will happen and that hbk will be about to win and bret will screw him over and get his revenge. That is probably the cheesy way the wwe will do it.
 
HA, good point. All I want out of Bret is one good shoot promo with hunter, hbk, bret and vince in the ring. Then bret can go for all i care if he isnt gonna wrestle.
