Wow what a great main event last night. What an awesome match between two great superstars. Oops, I mean what an arm wrsetling match between two great superstars. Ooops I mean what a f'n lame ass arm wrestling match between Cena an Mark Henry. Is this what they pay their writers for? A mother fu@#ing arm wrestling match between between Cena and the predator (Tell me Mark Henry doesn't look like The Predator but fatter) is supposed to hype Cena vs. Orton?!?!? I seriously think TNA is better than this crap. Yes, I said it.

I seriously doubt that armwrestling contest sucked more than a wrestling match would have sucked. :D
TNA better? Well, I watched TNA first time after 6 months or so and I must say WFT??? Fans shouting "AJ sucks" and this James Mitchells sons rivlary is a bit odd. Then what's up with Shark "Stone Cold" Boy? He talks like SCSA and wrestles like him, dresses and evel walks like Steve Austin.

LOL TNA is going full steam at the moment and the stone cold shark boy gimic is classic stuff! Prince AJ is growing in his new role and its back to boo him as well just like when TNA first started!

Raw was a fucking disgrace you know things are very wrong when the highlight of two hour wrestling show is watching a man get his ass buffed! Oh and before I forget "fuck u cena!"

Every single PPV was great when Cena was injured. But we should be "happy" cuz the champ is here to fuck it all up again.

Hahahaha Bobo nice work. His dreads are almost in perfect unison with the predators (if only they were a little longer). They should have Arnold wrestle him!

I am just waiting for WWE to turn Cena heel and have him absolutely RIP into the fans, that would be awesome. He is arguably the biggest star in the business for better or worse at this point. Unfortunately he sells WAY too much merch and it would be a significant loss monetarily for WWE as seemingly no one else could fill the void.

I don't really mind the Shark boy stuff either. I mean, he was a ridiculous jobber before this and now at least he is "something", besides his Stone Cold impression is VERY good.

TNA might be going live, that would be interesting, I would have to say that is RUsso's preference.

One last thing how f'n LAME is the Smackdown brand's elimination chamber going to be at NWO? Good God, Big Daddy V, Khali, Taker and Batista? That will be the world's slowest match and worst. Who will carry that match Finlay? MVP? Hornswaggle? The rest of the card looks pretty good though.

It could be a chance for MVP to really show his all and step up! I think we can expect NWO to be a blood bath asnd ur right nekkid its gonna be very slow!

HHH no showed Raw due to a death in the family!

Money in the bank ladder mat at mania - Who do you wanna se in it? Who do you wanna win it? I think we'll see Jeff Hardy, Y2J, CM Punk, JBL? my money is on Y2J to win it!

I hope JBL won't be in it. I'd like to see Morrison and Shelty-B in it.

I would like to see Morrison, or Hardy win it. Morrison NEEDS it, HArdy deserves another shot. I think HArdy will win the title after mania some time.

Ya know, I wouldn't doubt it. When I went to Backlash however many years ago it was when it was in KC (I know it was Hollywood Hogan vs. HHH, because I still have the t-shirt) and my dad and I were in the nosebleeds, I swear I saw someone moving around in the rafters. It was the same place where he was too, cause I was there that night as well. I'll never forget that. Hopefully when Kemper starts to lose money from now being an "equestrian arena" and gets demolished like it should be done anyway. Not like the Sprint Center looks much better. A fucking orb of glass that sits I think 5,000 less than Kemper. But at least they're finally rebuilding the shithole that is downtown Kansas City. Now the hookers and crack dealers are gonna have to find another place to go.

--end of rant--

The one thing that I learned in pro wrestling is that absolutely ANYONE can get over. I mean I will ist a bunch of names that no one really expected anything from and they got over HUGE:

JBL
Foley
DDP
Austin (everyone thought he was a tag team specialist)
Cena (he was just your everyday OVW candidate, never even champ)

Those are some of the biggest names in history. Now, I will be absolutely shocked if Polumbo is world champ one day, but weirder things have happened. Getting over is all timing and a lot of luck (sometimes hard work is involved), unfortunately it happens to some guys that don't deserve it (Ex. Goldberg)

Little correction. JBL, DDP, Austin and even Cena has charisma. Polumbo hasn't.
And Goldberg deserved to get over. But I might unfortunately be the only person it the world who thinks so.

I agree, I think that you might be missing my point though. ALL those guys I listed have a TON of charisma. However it took many mnay years (except Cena) for them to find their pulse with the crowd.

WCW fired Austin and Foley and the reasons why are well known, basically no one knew how to use them. Austin surely didn't get over right away as "the ringmaster" in the wwe he even jobbed clean to Savio Vega once.

DDP was a manager and didn't start wrestling untill he was in his 30's. Even Ric Flair said he is the biggest suprise he ever saw. I never really cared for DDP but you can't deny that the crowd loved him for whatever reason.

NO ONE and I mean no one thought JBL would amount to shit, I mean he is fat and is an average wrestler at best, he came to the ring with a whip and was called Blackjack Bradshaw or something at one time. Many people thought it was a complete joke (and still do) that he beat Eddie Guerero for the title. The wwe finally gave him a chance to run with the ball and he did very well. IMO the only reason he was given a shot was because they realized he was very well spoken and smart because of his CNBC appearences.

You could even throw the rock in the mix. He was a complete joke when he came out as Rocky Miavia (SP?). He looked like some kind of jerry curled Hula dancer.

Hell Kane could be put into that category as well, before being the undertakers brother he was "fake" Diesel. Not exactly the best way to win over fans. Then he had the LAME gimmick of the masked bro of taker that can produce fire by moving his arms. Even when his mask came off and there was nothing wrong with his appearence other than shaved eyebrows he was still over. Now he is a huge superstar, former champ (beating Austin in his prime) and the wwe made a movie around him.

My point is that it takes time in most cases to channel ones charisma into a way that the crowd will react. So its hard to determine who will make it big and who won't based on.. anything really. Polumbo might have charisma he might not but its very hard to say unless they give him or anyone a shot.

Goldberg is an exception (as well as Cena). Goldberg came along at the perfect time with the perfect look. IMO he has ZERO charisma. Has he ever cut a good promo? Unless charisma is defined by swinging your arms up and down like an idiot and sticking your tongue out, then he is full of charisma. When I say he didn't deserve what he got, I mean that there were a shitload of guys in WCW that deserved the title because of the years of hard work they put in at that time long before Goldberg came along (Rey, Benoit, Hall, Eddie, Jericho just to name a few).

yes but all these names you mention except jbl made it big during the golden era of wrestling[1995-2002],now most people are bored with the current product,it's even harder for wrestlers to get a reaction out of the crowd.Does anyone know the reason why lashley left wwe?

No-one knows the reason except Lashley and WWE.
I quess Lashley was tired to get shit from fans and the creative team. Or as a real athlete, he just wanted to to something more challenging like MMA.
